So I think I've nailed down what I'll start with for my diet, I'm not including a workout schedule, but I'll probably just start out with an hour a day of low impact cardio for the first month, just to get some stamina going.. I'll add in some weight training after I've gotten a handle of the diet itself, as that will be the biggest hurdle for me, once I've got that done then I should be ready to do a 7 day workout schedule...

Current Weight: 309lbs (bmi, 30+?, we'll just go with I'm a fatass)
Current Goal: Cut to 280 (re-evaluation once I see some results)

Meal #1: 7 Omega 3 Eggs

Meal #2: 50g whey with 2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter

Meal #3: Chicken Breast w/greens, cucumber & spinach salad w/vinegrette

Meal #4: 7 Omega 3 Eggs

Meal #5: Chicken Breast & a 1/2 cup of cashews or walnuts

Meal #6: 50g whey with 2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter

Supplements:
Multi-Vitamin (every day with breakfast)
Vitamin C, E, D caplets once per day
Psyllium or Metamucil: (fiber supplement) 1-teaspoon twice per day

Now, I've read somewhere, not sure where, but that Diet Pepsi (which I'm quite addicted to) can be added to the Whey, and to make sure I drink a wackton of water, I'm assuming 10 glasses of water a day should do it. I'm also wondering about if I can/should add Creotine shake to this, but again, I saw something somewhere that that would take me out of ketosis..

I'm not entirely sure what to do about Polyunsaturates since the recommended is Fish Oil, but I'm probably alergic to it since I'm alergic to fish in general. If someone could give me a critique on this, that'd be great. Bear in mind, this is solely based on a few questions asked on here, and some research, I expect some part of it to be wrong, or not enough, etc, any advice is welcome.

Thanks

i think this looks pretty good, once you loose some weight you might want to knock a few eggs off... im not sure if you would be allergic to fish oil but flax oil i an alternative... good luck with this man, good to see your looking to get into shape. Time to get healthy!!
