Monster Milk shake

I picked up some Choco PB Monster Milk this weekend and had a shake this morning. This stuff is awesome. I added one banana, 1/3 cups oats and ice.

Nah. It's pretty reasonable when you consider what it is. 12 servings (2 scoops a serving) 50 G of protein from fast to slow absorbing. 100 % of the RDI of a few B vitamins, Gluataime and BCAA (5 G) and 1 G of Kre-alkayn.

It's roughly 46 bucks a tub which will run you $3.83 a serving. As far as convenience, price, quality and taste you can't go wrong really.

I once seen this old guy I know, have this whey in a bottle. It was literally a serving of whey protein in a plasic little juice bottle, and all you have to do is add water. It was something like $3 per bottle lol. Unbelievable.
