The more I think about this question the more I find myself leaning towards answering no.
- I don't really want to spray tan my body and get on a stage in my underwear.
- I'm not really interested in lowering my bodyfat to 3 or 4%. 8-10 is fine by me.
- I don't really see a need to maintain a high level of conditioning all the time. I kind of like the strength that comes with a little extra bulk. Not that I wouldn't mind abs it's just that I don't really care all that much other than in a sense of not becoming fat.
- I am fascinated by nutrition, supplementation, training approaches but the sport of bodybuilding isn't something that really draws me. It seems a little gay. I appreciate the accomplishments of bodybuilders and am happy to leverage their skills but it's just a little too much like a beauty pageant.
Is it just me? I'd like a great physique but powerlifting, olympic lifting and strongman seem just a tad more manly.
