I am working on building mass so here is my workout and diet:
Day1
Back and bis
Day2
Chest and tris
Day3
Off
Day4
Legs
Day5
Shoulders
Day6
Off
I am currently taking 200g-250g of protein, 350g-400g of carbs and try to stay around 100g of fat. I usually have 6-7 meals a day.
On my ON days I use 5g of creatine an hour before the workout and 5g before bed, 25g of whey with 5 grams of glutamine after the workout and the same an hour before bed.
On my OFF days I do the same just in the morning and an hour before bed. I do not mix creatine with protein. I also take a multivitamin and glucosamine before bed.
I have a meal every day before I go to bed. Usually a can of tuna and 2 slices of whole wheat bread (30g protein/30g carbs/2.5g fat). So far so good, I am 6ft. 205-210lbs and now I am the strongest I have ever been. I know I might hit the plateau soon so any suggestions? I am done so laugh now.
