currently on cycle of:
test prop 150mg EOD
T3 100mcg ED
ECA 2x/day


Stats:
25 yrs
5'9"
199lbs
20% bf


DIET:

07:00am :
45 mins of gentle cardio (walking uphill, jogging slow, cycling)

07:45am :
30g Whey Protein in water,
30g Oats in water
1 Small Grapefruit

10:30am:
100g Tuna in Olive Oil with a small salad (tomatoes, leuttice, cucumber)
Handful of Almonds
Fish Oil Caps

01:30pm:
100g Sea Food
100g Fibrous Vegetables
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter

04:30pm:
1 Large Chicken Breast
2 Slices Wholemeal bread

05:00pm: Training (weights)

06:00pm:
30g Whey in water
30g dextrose
Vitamin C

06:45pm:
75g wholemeal pasta or brown rice
150g chicken breast or 150g lean beef
Loads of vegetables
Some fish oils (O3 epa,dha)


09:30:
200g cottage cheese
25g Almonds

Looks pretty good. I'd probably avoid bread in two of the three meals.
Also woudl be easier if you broke down the macros for total, and each meal.

yea, i figured a macro breakdown would be helpfull

i know its 2500cal
and about 250g protein
i was aiming at 1g/lb of bodyweight

the goals for the cycle im on, have recently changed from str8 fat loss, to more of a body recomp diet.

by the way, theres only bread in 1 of my meals. Pre-WO....confused
