Anyone know of a good place where I can buy this stuff in bulk? I don't want packaged shit from supplement companies as it's too expensive. I'm looking for ground flax especially.

Ground flax is junk.

Buy the seeds, grind it yuru self and keep refrigerated. It is agood for about a week or two

Why is it junk? The place I found, the price is barely different so I'd rather not do the work.

Again, where to get that's not so expensive?

You could check and see if you have a Bulk Barn in your area. They carry both I believe.

After the seed is broken the oil goes rancid quickly.

Flax overall is an inferior source of omega 3, but a good way to get omegas and fiber.

In my case I eat one or 2 huge servings of green leafy veggies and have one tablespoon of high quality fish oil a day.

No bulk barn in alberta. I'll check for flax seeds in superstore/costo. 3$ sounds cheap

Still wanna know if I can get psyllium fiber. I use it in my morning shake and i've noticed a clear difference once I ran out (difference in pewping ability lol).

i use hemp hearts. if ya need some, i will sell them for cost if ya buy them by the case.

I'd really like the psyllium instead. My goal is to use psyllium husk and flax seeds in the morning shake and then hemp oil in the before bed shake. That should give me a nice ratio of omega-3s since flax and hemp have opposite ratio of the omega-3s.

Where do you guys get ground psyllium husks? Bulk barn only carries psyllium husks - not ground I believe, it's not in powder form. Gives me gass like nothing else.
