Recycle Bin.. im so dumb!!!

I went to clear my recycle bin by right clicking it, but instead of hitting clear recycle bin I accidentally erased the whole recycle bin ICON.. LOL i haven't slept all night my brain is fuzzy.. is there any way i can restore my recycle bin icon to its orginal place without restoring my system? thanks in advance..

To fix this issue in Windows Vista, follow these steps:

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Click Appearance and Personalization, click Personalization, and then click Change desktop icons.
3. Click to select the Recycle Bin check box, and then click OK.

i followed these steps for vista, but when i click personalization, there is no option that says "change destop icons", the only option i see is "change destop background" any ideas?

k i got it.. but i had to do it this way..

right click on the desktop then click personalize, once there look to the left pane near the top and click Change Desktop Icons, this is where you choose which icons you want to appear on your desktop, close/OK out and you're all done.
