was surprised to see frank Mir for a heavy

Frank Mir seems like a dick in his interviews. I first off wouldn't recognize him but if I did see him I probably wouldn't say anything to him.

I met Markus Ruhl and was disappointed. He wasn't a dick or anything, but he just didn't impress my eyes that he was this huge mass monster that the magazines build him up to be. I got the feeling that if I worked hard enough I could be just as big had I gotten an earlier start on training.

Markus isn't that tall so it gives the impression he isn't that big when you see him. But he's as thick as a bear.

You dont have to be huge to be a tough mother ****er.... Doesn't hurt to be huge, but its not necessary.

That's what caught me off guard. I'm about 2 inches taller than him. He's definately thick.

As for "could of" "should of" "would of", starting out at almost 30 is not gonna land me a 300lb shredded frame. I'm realistic. I can get big but I don't think there's enough time to get to 300lbs.

230 or 240 would be good enough for me :D

Really? The few I have met here are ****ing huge compared to what they look like on the events.

But I guess dieting down for an event does a lot.

a couple that surprised me were Randy, Swick, Maynard and Cyborg. Randy & Swick both looked skinny as hell in t-shirts, Cyborg just looked a lot less thick than i thought he'd be. Maybe you're right about the dieting down.....Cung looked as is and Tompkins looked huge.

how come you dont visit us anymore? :(

Visit you? You bastards were soposed to come camping this summer....

Things have been crazy man. Trying to get a bunch of shit sorted out. They are talking about moving us here early next year IF I can land some of the tenders that are coming up. If not I may be out of work...

Ya some people hold pro BB to these ridiculous high unantainable standards. But i know what you mean. You see a pro in the offseason or geuestposing and your like> Thats SO and so. Yes it sure is and yes they are still ****ing insane. But its not like you see in the pics. The photographers are excellent and those guys look a world of differnt on stage at olympia then they do in the deep offseason. But they are ppl too and although they have insane work ethic they started out just like all of us.
