Not sure if this has been done yet but I'm interested in seeing what everyone out there is using for supplements at the moment. I am using the fallowing:
Orange Triad by Controlled Labs
Hempseed oil by North Coast Naturals
Isobolic by Nutrabolics Cinnamon Oatmeal Flavour love mixing this stuff in with my oatmeal every morning with a cup of fruit.
Fighters Food by Nutrabolics, been using this post workout love the fact that it has all your greens, protein and some carbs.
Elite 12 hour 30 mins before bed.
I also keep switching back and forth between Black Powder and NOxplode for a Pre Workout.

Really liking that nutrabolics protein eh..Ive heard good things about it but had no expierence...

Current supplements

2000mg Glucosamine sulfate
1000mg Omega 3 Fish oil
Now Flaxseed oil (4 caps per day, 4g)
Vitamin C- 2000mg
Animal Pak Multivitamin
ECA stack (homemade 40,200,80)
BSN Truemass Post workout
Allmax Isoflex before bed
Gatorade powder (fast digest carbs, electro)

I stack 1200MG Test blend 400 and 900 mg EQ weekly

+30mg Dbol daily

Morning, 80g whey isolate, animal pak vitamins, preworkout fast twitch 2 scoops, post workout ON BCAA X 4 tabs, fish oil X 2 tabs, Evening 80g whey isolate.

Im planning on doubling the size of my stack when I go on my next cycle, add some liver support, start taking more creatine, beta alanine, glutamine, etc.

i only take whey and dextrose after the workouts.........but now after having seen what you guys take, i think about increasing my supplementation

I also forgot to add in I'm using Ultimate's glutamine. Great stacks so far guys keep them coming. Mine keeps changing as I am getting closer to my first competition this november.

Has anyone taken arginine, tyrosine and caffeine only preworkout as singular supplements rather then as part of a 'propriety blend"?

SuperPump off and on, ie I buy a tub goe thru it then take a break. I did receive a free Nano vapor that a friend wasnt using.

is all this stuff really that necessary? Other than the basic 5 (creatine, glutamine, protein, EFA's, multivitamin) there is very little evidence that much of the other do anything at all. BCAA's are on my list of runners-up, but other than those, can anyone really single out a supplement that, when added alone, did that much? Just curious. (Im not including stimulants in this statement).

It was pretty tasty to be honest I have the orange rasberry or w.e the orange stuff is called. I find it helps a bit to sleep I still need to take benedryl to pass out. Xtend refreshing apple tastes weird.

The way I look at it right now is if it has a possibility of help and little no possibility of any negative effects why not try I have nothing to lose other than a lil $$ but there are worse addictions to have. I see how much money some of my buddies blow drinking and partying for a weekend and that pretty much covers what I blow on supps for an entire month.

I love the watermelon xtend, I'd highly recommend it and I don't consider myself a watermelon fan.
