So I am 13 weeks on my cycle and when my test is done I am going to take a month or so off....yes that's right a month or so as I am on TRT so I'm not worried about screwing my natural production. I will still be taking my TRT dose. Lately my strength isn't there and my body is aching. Do I need to take a break and let my body adjust and repair? I was going good then it was like I hit a wall. I took a week off but didn't feel must better this week. Should I take more time or just go light for a while? I have increased carbs should I look at something else in my diet?

A month seems like a long time...are you getting a proper sleep every night?

Yeah, good sleep...the month off is the cycles not training

Get a massage once a week. Make sure you are getting 7-8 hours sleep, eating right, supplementing, etc.. Have you thought about a taking a week off now instead of a month later?

Take a good 5 days off, keep protein/carb intake high, multi vit before sleep and after waking up

Try out a few Deep tissue massage therapy sessions on the specific muscle groups/ parts that you feel acheing.

This practice is good, but not for him.
The last thing he needs is to have some 200 pounder masseuse kick his ass on a massage table.
Mike, are you on any supplementation?
There are a lot of factors to take into consideration IMO:
-Over training?
-work or home related stress
-not enough carbs?
-what other than test are you running?
If all fails, then just give yourself a few days completely off!!
Could it be your routine?

I was on winny but stopped a week ago. The pain isn't join pain, worst is in my forearms which suck as I can barely grip a barbel. That and the lower back and lower lats is where I feel it the most.
My routine is one body part a day for 5 days 2 off. Im off the Vegas for a few days, see how I feel when I get back. I was wondering if it is legiments not adjusting fast enough to the growth and increase weight.

Do you take glucosamine? It's mostly for joints but is supposed to be great for connective tissue too. Ligaments take a lot longer to grow or heal and anything that helps them along might help. Winny really bothers me like that and you haven't been off it all that long. Hope you feel better man - I know your pain and it sucks.

how clean is your diet? are you eating enough veggies? maybe add those greens+ products, I always seem to feel better after I up my dose (I tend to forget to eat my veggies and load up on the meat)

Damn, I thought I was the only one with that odd combination of soreness. I've been doing the prayer stretch to my forearms and thought my lower back was from work.
I was taking glucosamine, lots of veggies, carbs, protien, creatine, and branched chain amino acid. Still felt like sore, I was told stretching but It did nothing for me. I just finished my test e and var cycle. The tightness is starting to go away, but also took a week off.
I know that doesn't seem helpful, but it should help others realize i's not diet or sleep. I've been sleeping 9+ hours a night.
TO PARAPHRASE: Stretching and time off has helped. Massage is temporary, and diet an sleep arent a factor. Good luck.
