Like the title states?

Anywhere you guys go for some quick cals and protein that doesnt kill your diet?

I assume Subway is ok depending on what you throw together, but how about McDicks, Wendies, Arbies, Triple O's, etc?

I sometimes will pop into wendies and get some of their grilled chicken wraps, they seem pretty good, so is their chili. Triple O's is fatty, but their burgers are pretty good for a dump of calories and protein.

IMO... i would just stick with subway. try to get the oven roasted chicken breast on whole wheat with no cheese. it probably one of your best options when it comes to gettin a decent amount of protein with minimul fats. but if your worried about sodium i would stay away from fast food in general.

if you can be creative any fast food restaurant can work, especially on a keto diet... as far as regular restaurants you can always order a couple chicken breasts or a steak, a spinach salad and ask for evirgin olive oil and vinegar as dressing

I try to stick small middle eastern or greek restos... they are everywhere and most of them cook thier food fresh daily...

In terms of Subway... the 'chicken breast' is processed meat... not really a chicken breast... the tuna is over 50% mayo... the deli meats are junk... I think the best thing on the menu might be the steak...

KFC is pimping their Grilled Chicken in a bucket... I would not mind giving that a try!

Timmys chicken wraps aren't too bad; low on protein but decent.

If I recall, the chicken strips is actually better than the 'breast'. I always figured the 'breast' was better because I figured it was real chicken, but a friend of mine owns a Subway and told me otherwise.

I usually have subway on a higher carb day, once every two weeks. It's a nice treat... not the best for you, but could be a lot worse.

McDonalds new salads are 'okay', not exactly healthy but they get the job done. Expensive as hell though, like $7-$8.

Mr. O goes for the sperm. Lots of 'outlets' in his neck of the woods to get his fill on the run.

I use my very rare trips to Fast Food restos as my cheat meals... honestly, that's all they are good for!

arbys burgers without cheese are quite low in fat, theres a new place where i live that just opened up called fulton burger you can pick from a variety of buns, chicken(real chicken breast), beef, or prime rib for burgers and about 50 toppings, pretty healthy if you know what your doing

Anyone tasted the new kentucky grilled chicken? I can`t eat fast food. It makes me crap my pants when I think I have to fart. Thankfully each time this happened to me, I was on my way home, almost there. Burger king is the worst for this.

What exactly do you get? Shwarma/donairs are generally really bad for you and very calorie/fat dense.

Pita pit... whole wheat pita grilled chicken and veg, no sauce (maybe hummous)

Thai express, again, tell them to hold the sauce and chuck in an egg.

Koya (you guessed it...) hold the sauce

or I have been known to grab a few pieces of sashimi in a pinch!!
