Hey guys and gals,
Started lifting a year ago, cut from 285ish down to 218 and now I'm 'bulking' up, currently 230 with:
185 Bench
195 Squat
225 Deadlift
all improvements from a fat kid who couldn't bench 90 lbs a year ago. So now I'm starting to get serious and figured I'd join a BB forum.
Hope to get some good info,

- Bicep Peaks
