we joined a gym after years in the home gym. facking place has 13 (could be more) back machines, 1 shoulder machine, 2 calf (one 45 degree machine that kills the knee's and a seated -no standing calf), 2 chest machines. the smith machine has no stability if you push the side of it. my smith at home is 1000% better (atlantis). decent leg machines and using the leg press is fun as we don't have the room for one (got a sweet atlantis power squat machine though)

still like the home gym- no germs, no clowns, my music, no driving, no clothes (j/k), no shoes, no shirt if I get too hot, no germs

I've never been able to pull that off. The couch and TV are near by and somehow they just keep drawing me to them when i'm home. Leaving the house keeps me motivated
