    Default EC stack along with L-carnitine and Raspberry Keytones?

    Ok so I have a couple questions. I know the basics regarding how the EC stack works and all of that. I was talking to the guy at my local supplement store and he was telling me about L-Carnitine which just became available recently to us in Canada. What he does for a stack is use L-Carnitine with Radperry ketones because they work hand in hand in that the L-Carnitine oxidizes the fat and the Raspberry Keytones help move it to the muscles to be burned. The upside he said is you get no muscle loss while on this stack.

    I know an EC stack is more likely to work quicker but is not as gentle on your body. Could you mix an EC stack along with a stack of L-Carnitine/Raspberry Keytones all at the same time to get the perks of the appetite loss, thermogenics, fat oxidization from tough areas and movement of fat to muscles for burning all at once in a sort of super stack?

    It might seem crazy but it could be really powerful. I am looking for anyone's insight as to whether mixing all of these things at once would be dangerous in any way or if they would counteract each other somehow. Also suggestions on dosing would be great as well, just let me know what you think and if it's a crazy idea haha.

    I would suggest 200mg caffeine and 1000mg L-carnitine before cardio and training. LOSE the ephedrine it can cause adrenal issues and raises cortisol levels....as for raspberry ketones...save your money. ALso the fat movement idea is ludicrous.

    I've had good success on cutting BF with the ephedrine/caffeine and i usually throw in a heap of fishoil too. But, i tried the ketones a few months back.. nothing, i think it's a big scam to be honest.

    Prae do you take Acetyl L-Canitine form for the brain or you go with the L-Tartate form to metabolize fat into the muscle (by way of loading-up) ?

    Thanks for the advice on that, I think I may leave the ketones alone and just take L-carnitine along with the EC stack. I will work up to 3 doses a day with the EC doing 24mg/200mg.

    I am going to take the L-carnitine at the same time as well and see how well they work together. Does anyone know if there is any problems in mixing them together and should I just take my L-carnitine in between doses of EC and spread them out through the day? I am new to some of this but I have taken high-stimulant fat burners before and caffeine so I know how my body reacts. Any help would be great.

    I am not new to stimulants I have taken them before just not ephedrine. My body reacts well to every other stimulant I have taken so I am not very worried about that.

    To humor you though because you are more experienced than me, what are your reasons for suggesting I skip the ephedrine? I will take what you say into account but simply telling me to not take it with no explanation doesn't help me.

    Taking stimulants for awhile is not what i mean by being new...what i mean is you lack the understanding of how they work and affect the body. Many people take many things ie stims, aas, gh this doesnt mean in any way that they understand how they work or know anything about them. I have posted the reasons for not using ephedrine on here many times...you can also use the search function to find alot of information that will answer many questions you have.
    Ephedrine is a stimulant and a strong one at that...it acts on multiple beta cells (unlike clenbuterol which is beta 2 specific) which affect the CNS and heart. using it will cause an increase in blood pressure as well as heart rate due to stimulation of the CNS, adrenals etc Over time this extended stimulation puts stress on the adrenals and eventually you will require ephedrine just to function daily...its called adrenal fatigue. The other issue is cortisol...cortisol is catabolic which is the opposite to anabolic...ie it breaks down muscle tissue...if you are a hard training BB this is something i assume you want to avoid.
    The ECA stack is antiquated at best...there are much better and safer methods of fat loss.
