D1 & D2 are two dopamine receptor subtypes. In pair-bonded species (rodents), after mating the D2 receptors are down-regulated and the D1 receptors are up-regulated. Interesting stuff,data overload
Recently tried a neck movement using bands in the squat station
Placed the bands across the bottom,about 10 inches off the floor.
Used a small box to support my back,hung my head over the end,positioned myself with the bands across my forehead.
Turned my head touching chin to shoulder,then perform flexion bringing the head up, with of course a small amount of thoracic spine flexion.
Instant loud adjustment on the right side thoracic area,high up close to cervical.Alignment is not perfect, broken collar bone many years ago in a motorcycle accident.
