    Hey blp you're ****ing hilarious i love you man.
    I'm currenty 6'4 190lbs 12% natural.
    If i go on 1g/week of test enanthate, after a year could i be 230 12% assuming i take in enough calories and train correctly? Is test enough for this or do i need other stuff?

    a year ago could not shoulders press can't push up n barely do latpulldown on knee , with rehab , rebuilt range of motion , mobility , stability , postural strength , kinetic awareness , vision therapy since astigmatism , fix cross bite of jaw , with 40 pounds on hand i manage 215 on stage , i sadly lost upper body thickness n double bi front very weak , i needed strength , it slowly coming back , n ac joint tears chronic inflammation it was rough on cns n immunity , if can heal will hit master national 2016 , i was 39 years old , i had faulty pattern in execution , weak tva n dormant periformis , those are fix today
    here goes th war result , i wanted to fully learn th rehab aspect , not only in learning but with th accuracy of living it specially in low digits body composition

    6 4 need 300 pounds , your looking at 10 years commitment

    steroid take a while for magic to kick in
    around 7 months , n 3 4 months a year good for kidney liver lipids n health
    so 3 cycle of 8 weeks with short break in between
    a classic androgen anabolic ratio 2/1 , plus @ oral pre w

    it keep th food intake of a 300 pounds guy, that might b a challenge

    on year 3 , u can gh

    think 10 years ahead

    wow checked the link out great advice. But i don't wanna be 300lbs lol that's gonna take a lot of steroid abuse.
    Maybe 6'4 250lbs 12%.
    I don't want to go off cycle once i go on i'm on for life **** that gay PCT shit i don't want to have kids anyway.
    Would 250lbs 12% be possible from test enanth alone, considering my diet and training is good?
