Newbie Intro
Hello everyone! I am excited to have found this forum this morning, it is awesome to have Canadian specific content! I have recently gotten back into lifting after years of doing nothing and am loving it. I am kicking around the idea of signing up for a competition, I have never done one before. I love that this site has all of the info I was looking for, I know nothing about competitions and the different ones that are out there. I look forward to learning lots from everyone here!
