    Default 315 x 15

I put up 315 x 12 today squatting, full ROM, into the hole. (Thats what she said)

My goal is to hit 315 x 15 by the end of the month?

    Anyone here ever try that?

315x30. No need to wait that long. Take two large Red Bulls and you'll add the three reps next session.

Never made 315x15 but suspension right beforehand works well.

Im on 40mg a day of var and my regular 100mg Test E HRT.

The var merely keeps me from wasting while I do crazy cardio and eat low carb.

Thanks. That was 4.5 years ago and I was on 300mg deca along with 750 test e. I think I was good for another two and had I been wearing a belt maybe five more. I drank two large Red Bull beforehand and after I racked the bar I thought I was having a heart attack. I told my training partner to go notify the front desk that I was in medical distress but then called him off. Then I told him to go get them and called it off a second time. I laid on the floor for about five minutes then went home lol. I'll NEVER try that again. Since then I've had two meniscus tears and one operation (since torn) in the left knee and I have a mildly torn mcl in the right. So I can't get down to the bottom anymore. But I am still good for 20 reps to parallel or slightly past it. Maybe 25 if I took enough pre workout shit. Not worth it IMO. I can use 315 for 15 more effectively than I used to use 405 for 15. I used to use my whole body in the squat, now I'm further back in the pocket and it's nothing but quads , hams and glutes. Much smarter now that the ego is gone. Having said all that , Prae benches that lol. Just when you think you may be strong..............

One good reason I don't like high rep squats.I wonder about grinding out reps when your heart is already working so hard.

Yeah tell me about it, this guy put things in perspective, I can't shake it of my head also, it's like he's there in each of my training reminding me how weak I am, lol. In my gym I receive regularly some compliments for something I lifted (I train in a GL so challenge in general is very low) I instantly think of Prae and say: 'Thanks, but I still think it's ridiculous, I know a guy who does xyz', 405x19... at close grip... 315x5 at BB curl... C'mon... but I use this to drive forward.

Even though it's a warm-up for Prae, for the rest of the people that actually are humans, 315x30 is definitely impressive, no wonder your heart must wanted to get out, very few can do that, too bad your body took toll that day.

Coincidentally, my training partner sounded like you on Wednesday, we were having our usual brutal training and about 1 min after a huge set he said: ''Eric I think I'm having a heart attack'', was not sure if serious so I was laughing, then he said: ''no, no I'm serious'' and was holding his left side, I was hanging for a while watching him, but it went away, I told him to take it easy.

I agree with Hosehead 3 more reps should be easy to hit. How long are you waiting between warm up sets ?
