Nice post DJ...the biggest BULLSHIT excuse i hear time and time again is Im too busy...total complete nonsense...you want to do something do it.

I work 40 hrs a week as an IT architect, i run my own business with 15-20 clients a week, I am also studying for my CISSP exam which is a 6 hour exam and I am training for the Nationals in Sept...busy...nonsense!

Ted, it's very appreciated that you take time on top of all that to post here and answer our (same) questions over an over.

My advice ? Screw your diet and your current obsession with bodybuilding until you are done your exams. This is not the time to be worrying about body fat % or bench presses. Your education will dictate almost everything that will come in life. The shape of your body means **** all at this point. Do well on your exams , get a good job and/or one that you like and you'll have all the time , and maybe cash , to build the body you desire down the road. The rest of your life means more than finding the right sauces for your diet. Good luck on your exams.

Decently well, I think I did pretty good for how much time I had. I know I got fairly high in my kin (probably high 80's cause I got 90 on the first midterm and my marks dropped in the second midterm because of my bronchitis so I only got an 82). I know my final for anatomy, the bellringer I got an 85%, still waiting on my final lecture mid term but I think I did good! Just finished my Lit exam so still waiting on that, and I have to wait on Rhetoric as well. English always takes forever to mark because of all the writing. The english's were terrible, but I they were mandatories so I had to get them out of the way. I'm going to take summer courses but at the moment I'm back with my friends relaxing and taking it easy for a bit. It's been one hell of a tough year... But I did learn lots. Thank you for asking Hosehead, I do appreciate it

By the way for those wondering, my major is Kinesiology, no minor declared yet. I am first year.
