I am 49 years old, and have lifted free weights on and off most of my life. Right now I'm back in the game. i am using GNC whey protein 39 grams both before , and after my workout. I also take another 39 g later in the day at work. I mix it with water. The directions say to use 1 serving-39 grams/day. Am I using to much of this stuff? In the past I would work out, and after about 3 weeks I would be exhausted, and quit working out. I figured I wasnt feeding my body enough protein. I also started taking Creatine pills from GNC also. Any advice would be appreciated.
