You gotta own one when you drink 1.5L of milk per day!
A shake with water is so drab compare to one with full fat milk!
Lately my favorite shake is 3 raw eggs (free-roaming) + 2 cup of raw milk + pure vanilla + stevia + 1 scoop of whey Isolate (vanilla). Twice a day! About 54g P, 36 F, 24 C! And plenty of fat-soluble vitamins, minerals, choline, lutein, zeaxanthin...
Way to go to incorporate eggs when you are tired to eating them cooked (if you can digest them well of course).

Eric
So are the carbs in those 2 shakes your carb intake for the day?
In fact, I take 3 shakes with milk, one is with whey Isolate and fibers though, no eggs! So I get 72g of carbs from milk per day and I usually go for another 50g PWO. So with the ones in vegetables and a from condiments/sauces, I'm around 150g/day.
+ Lots of fats and proteins and I feel great with that, never hungry, always good energy levels, weight is going up slowly. I might have less pump compare to when I use to take more carbs pre-workout.
I know that some trainers recommend to natty bbers to take their 50g carbs pre-workout instead of PWO for a better pump and for not blunting the GH PWO. Not sure yet if it's worth it, since the insulin PWO is also anabolic and shuttle a lot of nutrients to the muscles. I might test it for a while and see.

Eric
Do you manage to stay fairly lean drinking that much milk? I cut out milk in December and lost almost 10 lbs, (which I'm o.k. with). Most people think I've gained because I'm alot more vascular through the shoulders and chest. I was drinking about 1 1/2 liters/ day of 2% but I really don't miss it now. In fact, when I take a small drink of milk now the taste doesn't really appeal to me anymore, but I will admit, the protein drinks tasted much better mixed with milk rather than water.
Just ordered one for myself and one for my fiance. Good buy. Thanks!
TBH it's hard to tell, maybe a bit, but if yes not by much, I'm on raw milk since the last 3 months only, more time will tell. I've also cut the carbs a bit more since I take raw milk, I use to go for 175g per day. All in all, I have a bit more fat in my diet now, and a bit less carbs. I use to take my whey shake with olive oil.
One thing is that lactose in raw milk is less insulogenic since pasteurization alter the lactose and make it more readily absorbable, plus organic milk contain CLA wich help staying lean (a bit anyway).
