I lost 20 pounds...How? I drank bear piss and took up fencing. How the **** you think, son? I exercised.
I always end up forgetting them in my gym bag on a hot day and the smell of milk mold never fades no matter how much bleach you use.
Easier just to use a glass at home.
^ I use it only when I have to travel, I can prepare 3 shakes without the liquid (because of the 3 compartment) and I bring the milk aside in a cooler.
