I am requalifying this year again, and heading back up the ladder to nationals.
I am 5'-10.
I started my bulking journey this January 2013 from 205 and I just hit 232 this morning. My goal is to hit 245-250 then cut back down to around 210-215 if possible stage prep. I have competed in the lightheavy in the past at 190.
I should be at the 245-250 range in the next 30-45 days.
Currently intaking roughly 5000 to 6000 calories per day.
My quads are probably my biggest assets, I will post pictures as soon as I get a recent shot of them.
