This is me after 4 months since I was 206lbs Im at about 180lbs here(3weeks ago) now Im around 175lbs but ive lost alot of size in my chest.I want to get down to 10%BF then Im going to bulk up to 15% then repeat. Im a life long natural and am 27years old Ive been trainning since I was about 15 never long than 1.5 years in a row though. Tell what you guys think!
