You will be hungry, but the cravings will go. I get them bad some days if I smell something freshly baked but as soon as I leave the ggrocery store I dont want it anymore.

For a appetite suppressant, try drinking lemon juice, stevia and water mixed. Tastes like lemonade and keeps me from thinking about my hunger

Went for a personal one-on-one coaching session today regarding my major lifts. About to undergo a new regimen but sticking with the same diet. My cheat day yesterday was a smashing success despite feeling ill for several hours afterward lol.

I continue to get leaner and stronger and I have a feeling once my training gets a structure I will get even faster results. I am very much liking where this is going. Never have I been so focused and had such strong results. I love it.

As expected. I lack the concentration necessary to focus on the major lifts other than squatting. My upper body is lagging far behind my lower body in terms of strength and conditioning. Ted is a good coach and knows what he is talking about. If I could I would do it every week, but I just dont have the resources.

Kicked up my cardio by just 10 mins per day and I am already seeing changes. The consistency and dedication is absolutely key. Why for years I did this on my own is completely ridiculous. All the cash I burned on useless supps and gear I didnt need could have gone toward coaching and diet programs. I expect I will make more gains in the next few months than I have in the last few years. No joke.

In all seriousness though, finished my first week of structured training and diet combined. Now almost 5 wks in. I am VERY lean now. I would estimate this to be my lowest body fat level since my early teens when I was playing hockey nearly every day.

The fat losses have slowed but are still consistent week after week. My cravings are still pretty bad but I try to stay focused on work and making calls and getting through emails so I can just make it to my next meal or shake without losing it lol.

If you have ever wondered about hiring a trainer and getting better results its definitely worth it. The accountability coupled with sound advice has gotten me faster results than I have ever experienced. Great experience so far, I hope it continues.
