    I always had good results with Squats (90 degree and lower) + deep Leg press + slow leg extension (with a quick pause at top). Reps between 8-20.

    If you do them twice a week and go hard, watch-out for over training, especially with natty recovery system. Might consider twice on 8-12 days schedule.

    I will probably do quads on wed and hams and calves on Saturday.
    that way i can hit the quads hard with a few exercises and not worry about the hams and calves that day

    well went to the doctor's tonight.
    He thinks I may and messed up my left rotator cuff
    He is sending me for an Xray and Ultrasound.

    Hopping it is not too bad and my recovery will be quick. need to start growing :P

    will concentrate on my legs till I am ready to do upper body again

    Then you definitely need to google them - there are numerous calculators out there that will out line the whole program for you. Smolov is a 13 week squat program, and and there are numerous Sheiko programs that target the big 3 lifts. These are intense programs....
