i think it not "on" who's matters but time your "on"

if on non stop several years , less chance i guess , and the age another factor... older you are less you got chance

a less then 30 yo' who do a cycle a year will have kids no matters what

a guy at 37 near culter age , who's been on for 2 years, i really doubt it' will happen on a cycle

Agreed, my recent one just turned one and I am 11 days into my “come back” cycle! lol Seriously though, focus on the pregnancy. My wife insisted that it was a bad idea for both of us to have hormonal issues at the same time of the pregnancy. Good luck. WM

I went off for 10 months last year, lost a lot of weight, only to find out I pretty much have always had a low sperm count. So back on I went. If its gonna happen its gonna be by IVF and really it the sperm count doesn't matter, they pick out the healthiest looking sperm in that case.

you might have a low sperm count, you might not. Regardless you can overcome that by talking to your doctor about HMG (human menopausal gonadotropin) or FSH (follicle stimulating hormone). HMG will stimulate you leidig (responsible for test production) and sertoli cells (responsible for sperm production), and FSH will stimulate your sertoli cells only (all you need really). Go with what's cheaper if not covered. HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) is a LH mimicker so it reallly only stimulates your leidig cells (maybe mildly stimulating sertoli, but not much). Just google those compounds and you'll find what you need. Talk to your doc, you'll be good to go. Now if your boys can't swim well, there's not anything for that as far as I know and you're out of luck. Try not having sex everyday though, E3D allows for a larger load and more sperm to shoot at once increasing your odds (or so I've heard). Not having sex frequently enough is bad too though, as you will have lots of old sperm, lol. Point is, its just like dating, don't try too hard. Who are the people who always get pregnant? People not trying to get pregnant. Hence our ****ed up society. that's another rant though.

HMG and HCG both contain FSH and LH but in differing quantities. HCG contains more LH than FSH(better at improving endo test) and HMG contains more FSH than LH(better at improving sperm count).
LH stimulates testosterone and FSH stimulates sperm cell production. Again the combination of the two appears to be more effective if you are looking to recover and possibly impregnate your better half.

''Testosterone stimulates the sertoli cells in the testicles to produce sperm. In order for testosterone to accomplish this task, it needs to present at relatively high concentrations (i.e., it needs to ''bathe'' the sertoli cells in testosterone). Whenever you inject an exogenous source of testosterone, the leydig cells in your testicals stop producing endogenous testosterone. When this occurs, this locally produced source of testosterone is no longer available to stimulate the sertoli. Say for instance, you inject 250 milligrams of testosterone enanthate per week. By the time this 250 milligrams gets into the bloodstream, it's been watered so significantly that the relative amount passing through the testicals winds up being negligible. However, as levels of exogenous testosterone injections rise to very high levels (over 1,000 milligrams per week), the relative amount passing through the testicals now increase to ample levels to cause spermatogenesis to occure once againg. When this happens, lo and behold, your fertile andbefore you know it you're girlfriend's pregnant. This could explain pregnancies while on."
