    well the first three quarters of your off season was a see food diet (whatever you see you eat) lol then it became more structured after i asked you what the hell you were doing. You can go ahead and post it up Korilon.

    Dang on a diet like that I would take 2lbs per week! And I would need a huge funnel and a shovel.
