Do you feel this is a big part of your being able to go nine days between training bodyparts Jonny?

I dont do it by choice, its the only way I am able to fit my training program into my schedule, I train, or TRY to train 5 out of 9 days. It used to be 4 training days but Mountaindog bumped me up to a 5 day program and I hit chest/shoulders twice weekly/9 days however you want to put it, lol.

The BCAA Plus I drink 2 scoops intra workout and I drink 1 scoop in between meals usually. If I happen to be taking in more carbs on some training days I will add a scoop of watermelon Karboload with the 2 scoops BCAA Plus.
