Woke up this morning starving after only sleeping 2 hours. Getting rough, can't sleep at all anymore. Eating 12oz of steak 30mins before bed with a 2 cups of broccolli and still can't get past 3 hours. Decided to do my morning cardio early, eat my 2 whole eggs, 16 egg whites and veggie omelet.
