New to the site
Iam new to the site looking at getting back into shape and lifting some weights again, wondering if there was anyone here in the area " grande prairie, ab " could use some help on starting out been doin lots of reading also..my jjob dont allow me to do much as i work in a camp and theres no gym equipment around but springs coming and willbe off for 5 months to cut lots of body fat and gain some lean muscle currently height 5'6 180lbs...thanx for any and all help
