    Stats

    25yrs Old

    248lbs - 14 Weeks Out

238.5lbs - 10 Weeks Out and current weight this morning Feb 4th 2012.

I began prep for this same show 2 years ago in 2010, only to bail 5 days before. I was naive and was oblivious to the level of competition this provincial level show held. I felt terrible and decided to keep pushing for 5 more weeks and over dieted and was left a stringy 187llbs on the scale, looking like a swimmer at the 2010 Natural Novice Classic that was held in Toronto. I placed well taking 2nd place and promised myself that I was never going to be under 200lbs ever again. Been training hard ever since.

Right now, my diet is not set in stone but am justs trying to hit macro totals daily of.....

    3250 Calories
    350g Protein
    240g Carbs
    100g Fat

Morning Cardio 30min - 5x a week with 3 ephedrine and a coffee before the session. Followed by a 35g Scoop of protein, 2 whole raw eggs. Then an hour and a half later the main meals commence for the rest of the day.

Only taking in 60g of carbs in the morning, pre and post workout with scheduled cheat meals as the last meal of the day every Saturday.

I take weekly pictures and weight every Saturday morning to chart progress. Using the mirror for the most part and scale to make sure I am not losing too fast.

Going to have some fun tomorrow for the Superbowl though.

Current Pics from this morning 10 Weeks Out.

It felt like a ton as it moved to my waist from the floor, but I am a bodybuilder so gave it 5 more.

Thanks, no I am not working with anyone. Cutting my calories 400 a day starting tomorrow, to see where that takes me.

Ate a pound of pasta last night and a roast, and made a massive protein pancake as well for desert. Feeling nice and strong this morning. Smash some legs today and then start setting up for the Superbowl party. Got everyone bringing grub of all sorts!

I think you should do well in this show. The heavies don't often come in as hard as they should from what I've seen over the past couple years. And you actually aren't at all lacking in the size department! You might surprise a few people at this show!

You think? That is great to hear, especially from such an accomplished competitor.

I was 238.5lbs last Saturday, If I have lost more than 2lbs I am going to increase fats maybe 20g or so for the day. Depending on the amount lost. I don't feel lethargic at all with the amount of carbs I am taking in. Still nice and strong and getting great pumps. But it has only been two days of course.

Upper Chest and Shoulders w/ Calves tomorrow.

    Eggs in 90mins......mmmmmmmm

    Train hard my friends!!
