yah yah i know its 1:30AM
my sleep patterns still all skrewed up
passed out 6pm last nite
been up for well over an hr already, cooked etc
gonna do some cardio, 1st since pre-show
just to get things moving
gonna take few more days off training start back monday
bodys still beat and so is my mind

When the world says, “Give up,”
Hope whispers, “Try it one more time.”

How long should you try?

I have to say Dawn , i love your " this is nothing that is going to stop me from acheiving my goal" attitude , it really is refreshing ! I have read almost everyone of your daily updates and I havbe yet to see one bad mood (even while dieting) , one negative thought ....you really must piss alot of people off ...lol Congrats again , the photos look unreal !
