Fitfanatik i was great to meet you and speak with you. It was great to speak with Renaldo and Jerome.
I feel very bad for Ryan Malo, this guy is coming like me from nowhere and showing without a doubt from all the experts at the contest yesterday the best condition of the entire show ...
and who finish 4th. I know what was his feeling like i was the most conditioned guy on stage last year and leave the stage without a pro card and without the overall, at least me, last year i had my class.
Props to this guy. I spoke with him and congrats him. He's training in Archies Gym in Montreal and has been prepared by Samer Zebib. Samer has a great reputation to prepare athletes, and again prove that his reputation is founded.

If they choose the condition it was Ryan and if the mass ... in top 3 i would place without an hesitation Jerome THE FREAK Bravo.
This guy puts on some serious size, he needs just to polish a bit, better tan, a bit dryer, very dangerous.

I was pleased with the package i brought, unfortunately not having the time to polish it this time ... another 5 weeks would help me a lot lol

Congrats to everyone even though you might not of got the place you wanted, you all diserve 1st place for achieving something only a few can brag to ever achieve. You looked great.

Ryan look very good. Good thing he moved up to SHW from HW makes better sense for his body type. Met him back in 08 nationals when we were both in the same class really nice guy!

Loutfi..... Shit load of stuff going on in your personal life by the sounds of it while trying to get ready for this show. Congrats to you. I'm sure you wished the placing was better, but improvements were made. Like you said a little more polished!

What I don't understand is how Renaldo gets a pro card this year for winning Heavies and You didnt get one last year for winning Supers...to me your physique is much more pro level then his...makes no sense!

I said "i WAS THE MOST CONDITIONNED last year at 2010 Canadian." NO DOUBT.
That was my thought last year and still my thought today. So yes i know what Ryan is feeling right now.

Thank you very much Praetorian for your word and your props, i had a lot of respect from all the athletes showing me that i'm a real champion and feel very good with it.
And for sure i agree also with you i know the value of my physic especially at this Canadian 2010 were i was spot on, and i say it and say it again, really shocked to leave the stage without the overall, at least i would accept the 2nd procard. I had a score of 7 and the overall winner a score of 9 ... maybe i have to return school doing my math lol
So that's exactly why i'm happy for Renaldo, he take a pro card and i'm sincerely happy for him, spoke with him, give him props and congrats him for the package he brought.
