5 days outta Canadian Nationals holy crap 2 days till i fly out WOW
i'm super stoked i'm lookin super tight this am
had a great solid sleep, went to sleep at 7:30pm and woke up at 3am YEAH !
couple more workouts, few more cardio sessions
final packing, & fly out early thursday am
I AM READY TO DO THIS !
SO EXCITED, SO HAPPY with where i'm at
no matter what happens i know i did all i could
i gave it 110% & no one can take that away from me
i'm super happy with COACH IRIS KYLE
i give her my highest recommendation SHE'S TRUELY AMAZING
and i give MASSIVE THANX to my wonderful husband GX who made it possible for
me to give all i did to this prep
and i'm sincerely grateful & would like to thank everyone who has encouraged....
supported and helped me in many many ways to get where i am today

located some in Montreal and have a bottle on hold cuz theres only 2 !!!!!
theres a BIG DIF IN FINDING PRODUCTS IN CANADA COMPARED TO THE US

It was character that got us out of bed,

and discipline that enabled us to follow through.
(well i've had less than 3 hrs sleep, think i'm a bit excited? arrrgghhh !!!
