Sorry Havent posted my last week. I have been very busy lately. It was hit and miss. I probably could have gone up by a rep or two on every excercise, but in some cases I increased the weight when I shouldnt have.
The end of my first de-load week. I am feeling way better, but not 100% yet lol. Just doing 3 light sets in the apropriate rep range for each bodypart.
I will try to get a picture out, and my strength gains start to finish sometime today.
