    what can i eat that can make me get bigger but doesnt cost a lot of money and not a lot of time to prepare. any stuff. other than drinking protein and gainer drinks

    Eggs, Ground Beef, Cottage Cheese, Whole Chickens, Oats, Potatoes, Nuts, Rice, Olive Oil, etc..
    If it's not hard it's not worth doing...

    I realize this thread is old and stolen, but I have to ask..... how does a guy with arthritis in his hips, knees and ankles ride a bike for 50K under an hour for a warm up?

    A few guys have ridden 50 K in a velodrome,but they have to deal with wind resistance.

    Have not been on this website in quite a while... I miss these kind of posts that give me inspiration. That's why I'm back on here, been missing motivation lately. Great post man!

    5. When you hit the gym its all business...no chit chat bullshit with your buddies, no chatting up the ladies, no CELL phones in the gym....and if i have to even tell you that forget about ever gettin big right now!
    6. Understand that getting big means sacrifice, blood, sweat, and tears....its alot of pain so dont ask for something unless you really really want it.
