    Default how do some guys get so big

    how do some guys you see at the gym get so big. i mean biceps so damn big. not just big bicep but jsut big. i mean workout my arms and i still dont that big. i also take protein. i work out like 3xs a wk approx for 1 hr approx and i do everything . chest, bicep , shoulders.....etc

    or how do you get bigger biceps and arms. i done it all from bicep curls with the dumbell to the preacher curl.....etc

    Its simple really...you need to do the things most guys are NOT willing to do...
    1. Lift heavy weights...like Ronnie says "everyone wants to be a bodybuilder, but nobody want to lift no heavy ass weights!" Heavy weight means double body weight bench press, squats, dead lifts for reps! Are you benching 405? are you squatting 495lbs? are dead lifting 495lbs...all for reps...if not you better get bloody busy!
    2. Eat a tonne of balanced meals...eat every 2.5-3 hours...6-8 balanced meals per day, every day, every week, every year for 5 years minimum...I know I know you a tonne and your diet is perfect....WRONG...sorry if you did eat enough youd already be big...start eating!
    3. Get plenty of sleep (8 hours nightly) limiting partying, drinking, staying out late etc
    4. Push beyond the pain starting line...most guys barely reach the starting line and the give up when it comes to intensity...just when the pain starts...thats the beginning...thats when you hit the red button...most guys shut it down at that point
    5. When you hit the gym its all business...no chit chat bullshit with your buddies, no chatting up the ladies, no CELL phones in the gym....and if i have to even tell you that forget about ever gettin big right now!
    6. Understand that getting big means sacrifice, blood, sweat, and tears....its alot of pain so dont ask for something unless you really really want it.

    Two hour leg workouts and your arms and the rest of ya will grow Plus eat like a pig and it's no ones business. If you're not eating 5000+ cals a day, then you just wont grow. I see guys in the gym always doing arms and forearms and not much else and never growing. I don't think I've ever done a forearm workout. Waste of time really when you could be doing a compound exercise.

    I use weighted dips as my fore arm work out and it is spectacular! I do arms at the end of my work outs so i get a good chest/back and core work out, and i don't find a 235 lb bench, 305 lb dips, 35 hand stand push ups, weighted chin ups and what ever else i get into is an arm work out so after all that i start arms, i do core in between every major lifting workout, and a set of legs in there =D
