The guy who got 2nd in middleweight is Jeff Messinger. He won the kelowna overall this past year. He is my head trainer at my gym here in campbell river. Great guy, and lives the sport. Plus he's all natural.

I just lay out a plan and its up to the person to execute it and I was lucky enough to have 2 clients follow things to the T and train to win and nothing else. That makes me very proud. I just do this for fun really and it's turning out really well for the people I been working with. I have two awesome little boys, a great wife and I work full time shift work so my days are over 15 hours long from the time I leave the house til I get in, then I work on training and diet programs. I barely get into the gym myself these days, lol. I pick and chose my clients I work with so the end results are worth it. I dont want to just train someone for a show, I want to train someone I think has the potential to win the show.
