Bodybuilding and MMA celebrities appear at the all-new Toronto Pro SuperShow
Canada's first extreme and combative sports expo

    June 17 & 18, 2011

Toronto -- May 17, 2011 -- Fans of extreme sports will love the all-new
Toronto Pro SuperShow at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on June 17th &
18th -- an event that offers both a Fitness Expo and two days of
exhilarating local and international, amateur and world-class extreme sport
competitions. We've got body and muscle power galore from the world of
bodybuilding, boxing, kickboxing, weightlifting, power lifting, strongman,
arm wrestling, judo, sanda and wushu.

Alongside the Fitness Expo will be the biggest bodybuilding event Canada has
ever seen. The SuperShow will be jammed with excitement as competitors from
across Canada, the U.S. and the world descend on Toronto to compete in
IFBB*-sanctioned competitions in bodybuilding, fitness, figure and bikini
    categories.

*International Federation of Body Building and Fitness

    Making celebrity appearances will be:
    • Ronnie Coleman -- winner of 8 consecutive Mr. Olympia titles
    • Dorian Yates -- winner of 6 Mr. Olympia titles (Yates will be
      hosted by Muscle Insider)
    • Gianluca Catapano -- winner of Mr. Universe; from Italy
    • Cung Le -- 3-time World Champion martial artist and actor.

The Toronto Pro SuperShow comprises three parts:

    1) The Fitness Expo -- a 70,000 square foot showcase of everything fitness
including 100 vendors, demonstrations, shows and seminars, plus amateur and
professional competitions. The Expo Stage will host 200+ women over the two
days, competing in the Ontario Physique Association's Fitness, Figure and
Bikini categories, plus the Oxygen Fitness Model Search and the MuscleMag
Bikini Model Search. Also in the Fitness Expo will be demonstrations and
sanctioned competitions in strongman, weightlifting, power lifting and arm
    wrestling.

    2) The Extreme Sports Hall -- an additional 70,000 square feet of extreme
sports including demonstrations and sanctioned competitions in boxing,
kickboxing, judo, sanda and wushu, with competitors ranging from local youth
    groups to professional athletes.

    3) The John Bassett Theatre -- this 1,300 seat hall within the Convention
Centre will play host to an event of a magnitude never seen before in
Canada. For two days, amateur, provincial and world-class competitors in
men's bodybuilding and women's bodybuilding, fitness, figure and bikini will
vie for their titles. To date, registered bodybuilding competitors are from
Canada, the U.S., Mexico, India and Slovakia.

Additional special appearances will be made by:
    • Hugo Girard, strongman (Quebec) -- multi-year Canadian and North
American Champion, and 6-year "World's Strongest Man" finalist
    • Michel Roy, armwrestler (Quebec) -- World Champion arm wrestler
    • Santana Anderson, 2010 Mr. Canada title in bodybuilding

"The Toronto Pro SuperShow is the biggest news in the Canadian bodybuilding
industry," says Ron Hache, President, Ontario Physique Association. "It's
the first time our competitions have been so accessible to the public, and
the athletes are excited about showcasing this industry as one that promotes
fitness, a healthy lifestyle, passion and personal fulfillment."

The show will also host the first North American professional strongman
competition with Team Canada battling it out against team USA!

The idea for the Toronto Pro SuperShow was inspired by the annual Arnold
(Schwarzenegger) Sports Festival in the U.S. which attracts close to 200,000
people each year. Similar to "The Arnold" the Toronto event is a showcase of
extreme and combative sports through the participation of every level --
from local youth clubs to world-class athletes.

With the greatest collection of extreme and combative sports ever held in
Canada -- the Toronto Pro SuperShow is the largest event of its kind in
Canadian history, offering 140,000+ square feet of pure muscle-power
    excitement!

Background on the Ontario Physique Association (OPA)
The Ontario Physique Association is the province's governing body for
bodybuilding, fitness and figure events. The OPA is the only organization in
Ontario recognized nationally by the Canadian BodyBuilding Federation (CBBF)
and internationally by the International Federation of Body Building and
Fitness (IFBB). Every year, the OPA holds approximately 15 events throughout
Ontario, making it the largest physique organization in the country both in
terms of the number of competitions and competitors.

Background on the International Federation of Body Building and Fitness
    (IFBB)

The International Federation of Body Building and Fitness was founded in
1946 in Montreal by brothers Joe and Ben Weider, whose dream was to bring
the sport to international prominence. Ben Weider served as IFBB President
from 1946 to 2006, and passed away in 2008.

The IFBB currently has 182 affiliated National Federations as members, and
organizes more than 2,500 competitions from the regional to world levels
each year. The organization is recognized by many world sporting
organizations including the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and more
than 90 National Olympic Committees. Competitors participate for medals in
the Pan American Games, the European Games and the IOC Regional Games, among
    others.

The IFBB is a signatory to the World Anti-Doping Agency Code, and promotes a
healthy lifestyle and actively discourages the use of tobacco, alcohol and
    drugs.
