    i'm to tanned to do it lol
    so got my armpits done lol

    Kori...not true. I had lazer done on my face alot when I'm really tan. It just hurts like hell.

    She told me the lighter your skin the better. You need a contrast between the skin color and hair color. The more diffrent it is the better. Will still work just not as well if you are tanned. If you are pale will take less sessions

    Kori...A question that is a bit off topic...Is it easier dieting alone? With out a significant other?

    Depends really

    if it is someone that supports you and helps it's great. if it is someone that does not it's hell.

    I find it easy on my own cause i am in controle of when i eat out and when I don't.
    No preasure from anyone.

    was 192.6 yesterday
    how did I loose 1/5lbs in 24 hours??? WHO CARES I DID IT :P

    The diet is really starting to peel the weight off ya. Cant believe you are already down to 190. Good for you bro and it shows that you are definitly putting in the work. At this point how much cardio are you getting in. Also are you using any supplements besides the usual for cutting such as L-carnitine, geranium, caffeine, etc

    yo thanks man

    I do 45min-1 hour PWO no mornign cardio yet.

    I take vitamine C, E, B12 sometimes, Clen, milk tissle, and other "suppliments" lol

    nothing major

    guess my metabolism is going good now so i don't need alot of cardio yet.
