    5 weeks out today and you're ahead of your conditioning last year so i know you'll be even better. Doing good, keep it up. Not much longer. This is officially crunch time.

    Haven't been on in a while since page 4 or 5 and huge changes. Can really see the improvements as you go thru all the pages. You bicep in the side chest is unreal bro. GOOD WORK!
    It felt like a ton as it moved to my waist from the floor, but I am a bodybuilder so gave it 5 more.
