Developed by professional trainer Matt Nichol Sports High Performance Sports Drink is the only choice for drug free athletes looking for the highest quality nutritional supplement. In order to optimally consume your BioSteel HPSD begin sipping on your drink 30 minutes prior to your competition/workout and continue to do so throughout that activity. Each container of the BioSteel HPSD is 375 grams. Depending on your weight each container will provide you with 23 to 28 servings. On a 82 game pro schedule our athletes are consuming approximately one container every three weeks.
