Well I will say that it does help with mental focus and has gotten me through a few workouts with minimal sleep while on night shift.

But they really need to do something about the flavor , lack of ! There is 300g of powder in this jug and it could fit about 1000g , so they have no reason why this tastes horrible and I mean horrible - With all that extra room they should really add in some more splenda or whatever for some sweatness

I am down to taking this with as little water as possible ( kind of like a shot ) and following it up with a good flush of some Xtend. I do dread taking this product , but I am doing it in order to give it a fare shot . But I can not see it getting any better

I'm still taking this pre workout only.

To be honest I would not buy this product. The taste is what's holding me back. With all the pre workout products that I have tried this has to be the worst tasting.

If you have any contact with Perfect Nutrition please ask them to go back to the lab and add some more flavor.

I haven't tried it yet but I do know of a buddy who tried and and only had good things to say about it. I'll try to get him to give me a sample.
