The results of this poll are anonymous. Anybody experienced any of these things after a contest or extreme dieting for another reason?

Not sure if it's relevant, but Edema might be worth noting.

I hope it's okay to laugh at that. My poll is about more serious types of medical diagnoses (although edema can be an indicator of something more serious for sure).

    Love the cankles, eh? heehee

Edema can be pretty damn serious...
Gaining 15-20lbs of water over a few days can tax the cardiovascular system like no tomorrow.

Sorry... you're right. Didn't mean to make light. I've never experienced the crazy edema myself. But edema does go away, right? And hopefully is lessened when you're careful how you're using/not using sodium and other electrolytes. These other things (on the poll) are often much more long-lasting and harder to mitigate.

Ok I would like to know if anyone has ever been diagnosed with any of those, diseases, that was directly related to contest dieting.

If someone has used stimulants for cutting they will experience adrenal issues post contest, Humanofort takes care of those issues for my clients.

Also the reintroduction to any new type of foods for anyone will cause intolerance at first because they have gone months eating very clean and the same foods, which also does not last long.

Just out of curiosity, what is this information being used for? Something research-related? Personal interest?
