    Well a few weight updates for you guys

    Sunday morning I was 143.6lbs
    This morning I was 144.4lbs

    This is because I did my final leg depletion workout on Sunday and I always hold a bit more water after a leg day.

    Things are going great!! I will be posting pictures probably thursday morning after my first carb day on Wednesday.

    Cardio has been put down to 40 min X 2 from Saturday. 40 minutes is a cakewalk after doing 1 hour for so long now!

    I am pretty exhausted but hopefully energy will increase once I start getting some carbs into me wed.

    Well, you are way leaner this year so it's hard to guage what improvements have been made since you last competed.

    Regardless, you are better this time than you are last time which is what really matters. Good job!
