    i do use clen in off season one month on - one month off but to decrease blood pressure , oh well , this is not so genuine , it kill a lifespan , i will give my life to look like branch warren

    like i will mention on next post mass keto it quite impressive what you can eat , keep a leaner look it come with a cost of food,, damn im at 50 $ a day lately

    do you believe one can grow without test in their cycles?

    can one get contest ready without using tren/winny/masteron type drugs?

    whats a cycle you would recommend for a moderately experienced bodybuilder?

    6000-8000 calories pro n fat for week days - weekend either whatevr goes or complex carb

    or all you can eat protein n fat 24/7 and one carb meal a week ; which i did after contest has a strategical successful rebound for 4 weeks

    got 2 philosophy for moderate user / 3 month on - 3 months off cycle tempo

    or 3 cycle of 8 weeks with 2 weeks off in between n stop a year

    testo it's base , it a essential , prop is th best for me, easy recovery, not too much water retention , if young under 30yo, enanthate a long esther is way to go

    masteron **** my head n psyche , im not th only one, beware ! LOL

    tren will give th kick when out of energy last 3 week before contest to go 6%BF to ripped scary cadaver lean, without tren , mayb on too much stim who end up too catabolic,, i cant without to be honest, i had to use gabba piracetam n phenibut too to keep cns healthy n functional on tren, it dht, no conversion , strong , strong , everyone tend to use tren on a too high BF ratio , do tren once at 6% bodyfat, it kick ****ing ass , different story my friend , fat protect organ, less fat , better tren respond BOOM

    i like winny when young ( before 30 yo, ) now wintab mean weak tendon n injury so it's a no no : (

    OFFSEASON npp primo prop clen proviron aromasin (n hgh 10ui one day on - one day off no down regulation ) slow slin20ui - hcg 500ui w ( keep shbg high - n free testosterone n free t high )

    pre contest ; hgh prop primo npp low deca low enan // eq clen (last 8 ) // last 3 tren if hardcore can add halotestin - stop enan deca npp for last 4 - downsize prop last 3 - cut primo 10 days out

    pre contest eq n keto for me does miracle , cardio n sprint almost easy , super condition , seem at least for me not destroy health

    not a guru this is base on my own experience , every individual is different- try everything !

    The sweaty hardkor show off in tank top growling in th corner by itself, face in mirror for a front lat spread in dirty gym, grunt to disgust n disturb is fuking back, 6 weeks of post contest recovery.. Weight u b doom.. 245 veins on legs , see abs , offseason time , i am a national contender i will proove it

    Im glad to carry th testoterone pungent infected virulent stench
