Cheap, Healthy and TASTY chicken marinades?

I just picked up a marinade from Loblaw's Natural stuff section called "Thai Peanut". Haven't used it yet, next to no calories, smells delish but it was about 7 bucks for a bottle the size of a Frank's Red Hot.

Anyone know any cheap, tasty chicken marinades that aren't full of garbage cals?

well what do most of you guys do to your chicken in the off-season spice/sauce wise?

bbq or baked?

throw some suggestions out there.

right now I grill em on the Q with natural thai peanut sauce.

I bbq mine, spray the grill with mac nut oil. 5 pounds a week.

ginger, garlic, soya sauce

whir that up in a blender then pack the chicken breast tight in gladware and pour on top. Flip the gladware over every few hours until the next day. BBQ

Serves: 4
Get Prepared
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces
• 2 eggs slightly beaten
• 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 1 ½ teaspoons curry powder
Get Cookin’
1. Preheat your oven to a sizzling 400º F – almost as hot as the ladies who’ll be lining up to get a shot of you shirtless this summer.
2. Stir together salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
3. Sprinkle seasoning over chicken pieces. Dip pieces in egg, and then immerse in bread crumbs.
4. Place aluminum foil on a 15×10-inch jelly roll pan. If the idea of owning a ‘jelly roll pan’ sounds too sissy for you, any pan will do.
5. Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer on the pan.
6. Bake for 15 minutes, turning once. Go ahead and flex those lats while you wait.
7. Over medium-low heat, stir together sugar, lemon juice, and curry powder in a sauce pan. Stir for about 5 minutes, or until the sugar dissolves.
8. Drizzle lemon sauce over chicken, return to oven, and bake 5 minutes more

Marinate in fat free italian salad dressing and soya sauce then BBQ.
Cheap and rediculously good!
We only do this off season, not because it's too many cal's but because it's so good we always eat too much! lol

Me and DK found a great way to marinade our chicken and steak precontest but with 0 cals, 0 evrything. At the Walmarts in our areas they sell a salad dress/marinade called 3 gyros brand and they make flavours such as italian, mediterranen, and rasberry vinagrette. So we poke holes in the chicken and let it soak in this sauce then we cook it up. very easy and cal free perfect for dieting.
