    Default Muscle PB Fudge

    Ok This is like my favorite thing in the friggen world!!!!

    Simple too

    1 Cup Muscle Milk Chocolate
    1 Cup of Natural PB
    1/4 Cup of honey (you can put more or less I usually just put enough to moisten the mix)

    Mix it up really good and roll it into balls and put it in the Freezer until it hardens up ****ing Amazing!!!!!

    I usually just put it in a dish and cut it into squares after it gets cold

    PS Muscle milk is the yummiest but Im sure you could substitute. Just dont knock it until you've tried it with MM :P

    I just ate a sample of Muscle Milk I got from a recent show...I ate it right out of the pckg dry with a spoon and it is rediculously amazing! I can't imagine how good those balls are you made. I don't dare try, I would probably eat them all!

    Yeah they are foolish! lol
    I like them better than Reeses Pieces haha
    and I don't buy Muscle Milk when I am getting ready for a show for that exact reason lol I used to eat it too haha put it on a spoon and lick it off :P
    You sound just like me so if Nats are in like 7 weeks I would wait if I were you. You'll thank me later haha

    Could you use ON's dutch chocolate egg whites instead of muscle milk?

    Not sure man, I guess you could try it though I have never done it personally
    The thing about it is you may have to find something to thicken it up considering MM is powder and Egg whites are liquid.
    Let me know though man. This was just a concoction I came up with that was incredible. If you find another way that tastes as good as this one fire it on for sure

    The stuff I have is powder. Lol I cant have any sort of dairy protein powder the stuff basically kills me like peanuts do to some people.

    I will try it out this week and let you know.

    Ok so I made these but with ON's Dutch Chocolate Soy protein instead of the Egg whites and I used 1/2 a cup of honey. Wow tastes ****ing awesome!!

    HAHA! Told you you would like it man. Glad your variation turned out good.

    Want another treat a bit healthier:

    Best Pancakes ever!!!

    1/2 Scoop of protein
    1/2 Cup oats
    1/2 Cup Egg Whites
    1/2 Cup no fat Cottage Cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Blend that shit real real good then when the pancake is done use becel butter spray all over it (0cals)
    Sprinkle some sugar twin on top
    Then for syrup go to the Superstore and in the pharmacy diebetic section there is this stuff called Sorbee Maple Flavoured syrup (only 60 Cals per WHOLE BOTTLE) yeah I know lol

    BEST BREAKFAST EVER!!! and it's all lean protein and carbs

    haha nice. I think if you keep thinking up more stuff like this you will have to write a BB cook book lol Its just going to be nice to have a snack while bulking that isnt a pbj sandwich or a can of tuna and whole wheat bread lol

    Yeah man I find having to stick to meal plans all the time makes me just blend random things together and every now and again I come up with something amazing!
    Just so you know I liked those pancakes better than real pancakes lol
