Hi everyone,
I am new to this site although I followed a bit while I was prepping for the Mississauga. I thought you guys did a great job encouraging one another in the last few weeks and you showed well on Saturday! I was in the Heavyweight class and won the Overall. It was a good show. I have to give props to my trainer IFBB Lou Joseph who trained my butt off. He was fantastic. I look forward to seeing many of you at the Provincials next month! I am also not very computer savy so I am not even sure how to give myself a picture under my name yet or how to attach a photo but I will try to figure it out!!!

OMA you are the man...you looked insane and you're humble, it's a very good combination. Looking forward to seeing you again in London, or maybe earlier for those saturday leg workouts at Central with Lou.

The thing I don't get with bikini being added is why are the still awarding softer look in figure isn't that what bikini is supposed to be?

I thought the girl in figure tall that was 2nd got robbed overall great body not to much muscle and very lean also very beautiful too.

We finally got those foot crapms over that I asked u about. I spotted a jar of pickles in my boy Tavs bag and it combined with Smarties and dried Currents worked.

Yes this is the girl she could have been the overall IMO. There was another call like that to figure medium the 2nd should have been first again they picked the softer girl.
